I am not a consultant by trade. I am an operator.

I started in the trades, studied Construction Management, worked commercial construction, held contractor licensing responsibility, and spent 20+ years leading construction, heavy equipment, infrastructure, solar EPC, field service, and multi-site operations.

Most recently, I led a $400M regional operation across seven Southwest locations with 300+ employees. The work was not theory. It was people, customers, safety, service, cost, accountability, and execution.
